Alvin College Board Filing Begins January 14
 
Filing for the upcoming Alvin College Board of Regents election will begin on January 14 and end on February 13 at 5 p.m.
The May 2 election will include four positions on the board.
Up for vote in this election will be positions 4, 5 and 6 currently held by Vice Chair Jody Droege, regent Darren Shelton and regent Mike Pyburn respectively. Those elected will serve an unpaid, six-year term.
Early voting will run from April 20-28. Election Day is Saturday, May 2.
