Alvin College Regents Receive Update on Construction
The Alvin College Board of Regents heard a report on the progress of the maintenance tax note during the meeting on July 23. The college hired Tellepsen as the contractor for the project. Workers are currently doing assessment to campus facilities prior to upgrades. The upgrades are part of a $30 million maintenance note approved by regents in 2025.
