1st Course
Mixed greens, apples, oranges, cherry tomatoes, candied pecans,
feta cheese, and an apple cider vinaigrette
Wine pairing: 2015 Grenache Rose
2nd Course
Blackened Barramundi fish filet over rice and topped with jumbo lump crab meat
Wine pairing: 2015 Vintner’s Sauvignon Blanc
3rd Course
Finger Lickin’ Texas BBQ Ribs tossed in a homemade sticky garlic
and black pepper BBQ sauce with a side of potato salad
Wine pairing: 2012 Salt Lick Vineyard Tempranillo
4th Course
Petite Filet topped with Tito’s famous Cabernet Reduction and grilled asparagus
Wine pairing: 2012 Meritus 55% Cabernet & 45% Merlot
5th Course
Puff pastry filled with toasted apples, glazed sugar, and topped with cinnamon whipped cream,
freshly cut strawberries, and caramel sauce.
Wine pairing: 2013 Twin Springs Moscato
Wine pairings will be 4-ounce pours.
Please plan accordingly for a designated driver or someone who can drop-off
or pick-up your party from the wine dinner, if needed.
