Luxz Painting & Construction Services is expanding our presence in Brazoria County and is seeking a driven, goal-oriented Brazoria District Manager to lead multiple crews, oversee production, and drive performance across our residential painting and home service projects within the district.

This is not an entry-level role. Qualified candidates only. We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in home services, sales process, and field production management. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple crews and job sites simultaneously
• Oversee production schedules to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain strict quality control standards
• Drive attainment of revenue and performance goals
• Handle difficult situations professionally with clients and team members
• Present well in front of homeowners and represent the company professionally
• Support and reinforce the company’s sales process
• Ensure projects align with scope, materials, and expectations
• Maintain strong organization across multiple active projects

Qualifications (Qualified Candidates Only):

• MUST have residential painting and/or construction experience
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Tenacity and goal-oriented mindset
• Background in sales process (preferred)
• Experience in home services (required)
• Production and operations knowledge
• Experience managing multiple crews and job items
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
