Tiempo de Platica, Lets talk with the census
Our young professionals committee will be hosting weekly webinars to interview members. The weekly webinars are called Tiempo de Platica, Lets talk. This Friday May 8th, they will be hosting a talk with a representative from the Census. Please join us and learn about the importance of the census. The Brazoria County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce values the partnership with the 2020 Census. It is vital that every man, woman, and child are counted in the 2020 census so that our state gets the right amount of federal funding for our communities. Businesses use census data to decide where to build factories, offices and stores, and this creates jobs!
