In addition to the efforts of our partners\, Brazoria County Dream Center has\n\nstepped in to provide non-perishable food items for memorable meals this Christmas holiday.\n\nMyCHN is using this opportunity to help close gaps in health disparities and spark change in the\n\ncommunities we serve. Children are the core of family and community. As leaders\, we want to\n\ncontribute to their well-being so that they may grow into healthy adults\, ready to share their talents\n\nwith the world. MyCHN is constantly working to remind our communities of the benefits of play as it\n\ncontributes to their overall health.
